Race Kit contains a T-shirt, Bib number & Goody Bag

Note:
- Participants should collect their bib within the above-mentioned duration only.
- Those who have booked for kit delivery at home, will get it by 31^st Aug.
- If you can’t come to collect their bib, you may authorize someone to collect on your behalf.
- Carry a copy of confirmation mail or simply tell the bib number at the designated bib counter
- Kits will not be distributed on race day morning.
- Race Day guidelines may be checked on the website from 29^th Aug

Assembly time 5:00am onwards:

It’s advised to reach at least 60mins before your race start time

How to reach:

There are alternative routes available to reach the venue i.e. SNIoE Campus

i) Akshardham to SNIoE via Eastern Peripheral Expressway (KMP)
ii) Lal Kuan (Ghaziabad) to SNIoE via GT Road
iii) Pari Chowk Greater Noida to SNIoE via Eastern Peripheral Expressway (KMP)

Security Check:

It’s mandatory to go through the security check at the entry gate, to avoid last minute rush reach early and don’t carry excess baggage. It’s suggested that you carry your bib number, wallet & mobile phone only. All race related hydration and snacks will be available in assembly area and at the aid station on the route.

Parking:

Sufficient parking space is available; parking attendants will guide you to park your vehicles. Car-pooling is still highly recommended.

Race Start Time (Flag off):

10Km Run - 6:00AM
5Km Run - 6:05AM
5Km Run - 6:10AM
Breakfast starts at 6:30AM

Race Route:

It’s a flat course and tarred roads inside the scenic campus.
10Km Run- (2 unidirectional loops)
5Km Run & Walkathon- (1 unidirectional loop)

Finisher Medal & Breakfast:

Participants will get finishers’ Medals as soon as they complete their run from the medal counter. Breakfast will be served hot and fresh.

Facilities in Assembly area and race route:

Help Desk: A help desk has been set to help you guide better about race day activities
Parking: sufficient and hassle-free parking if you arrive timely
Aid Stations: There are 4 aid stations on the route i.e. 1.5K & 3K, 4K & 5K, apart from one in the assembly area. Aid stations will be fully stocked with water, energy drinks, bananas and running related snacks.
The water and energy drink will be served in paper cups. Single use plastic bottles will not be used in this event.
First-Aid & Medical support: This shall be provided by Jaypee Hospital Noida.
Toilets: Rest rooms of Indoor Sports Complex
Baggage Counter: You may deposit your baggage (no valuable items in bag like mobile phone, wallet & car keys) at Baggage counter

Rewards & Gifts:

Overall, fastest 3 in male & female category of 10K & 5K will receive the cash prizes as detailed here https://shivnadar10k.com/prizes.html and will be felicitated on race day itself. Age Category podium finisher in 10K & 5K Runs will be felicitated in small prize distribution ceremony on a later date
5Km Walkathon is a non-competitive category.

Sustainability:

Dispose all the trash, disposable glasses and bottles in the dustbin. Or, pass it on to the volunteers. Help us keep the race route clean.
